Once I've had kidney stones and at the time I do not know whether it's kidney stones?
In September of 2007 to date and the day I forget the time I was working in a company engaged in the toll road. At that time I left for work at at 06.00 by using car pool employees. In the car I suddenly felt a tremendous pain in the left abdomen and waist. I think at that time I wanted to go to defecate, but because I'm in the car incident I stand. When it got to the office, I immediately go to the toilet for to defecate. At that time I could not defecate because it's just my feelings only. Once my pain was reduced finally I came out of the toilet and immediately doing my job as usual.
Oh yes ... before I forget to introduce my name, my name is I Kurnia, was born in Bandung in 1974 and lives in Jakarta and the Indonesian state, but now I've moved to East Java. My work staff at a toll road company, my hobby is to make the blog even though my knowledge in using the blog is still fairly new.
Ok ...now we go back to my story.
At the time I was working suddenly I felt the pain again in the left abdomen and waist, and I immediately went to the toilet anymore because of this pain I'm feeling like a sore stomach. But as my story before, actually it's just my feelings just where each position I want to sit with a bowel movement, the pain disappeared and it happens over and over again until finally I decided to go to the hospital by escorted by my friends work together.
After arriving at the hospital who happened to Mitra Keluarga Kelapa Gading north Jakarta hospital is close to the office where I work, I immediately sat down with a wheelchair while holding the tears because the pain is very unusual. By the nuns at that time I was immediately taken to the emergency room and directly handled by the doctor and be tested. When examined by a doctor I asked my complaint and was told my complaint. After that the doctor asked me to sit on the bed while he hit my waist slowly by a doctor, but although he hit a low but feel the pain. Through these initial examination the doctor said that my kidney pain and then the doctor immediately gave me painkillers which to use it directly in the insert into the ass hole as she performed the infusion.
After a long examination from blood check up with x-rays from different positions that I am positive in my bladder contained a small stone-like seeds of papaya fruit. According to the analysis of my kidney surgeon at the time, that comes from kidney stones tersebu crystallization result of debris build up. But I do not know the details I forget what was said by my doctor earlier because as I write this blog with occurrence already long enough.
Stone was once formed in the kidney, slowly walking through the connecting tube between the kidney to the bladder. Because the shape of a jagged rock as papaya seeds, the stone had been caught in the position of the hose and eventually clog the urine journey so that urine can not flow and eventually make my kidneys are swollen and inflamed. That's what makes me very ill, after the doctor had told him to offer me some three options are: surgery, using ESWL (Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy) or with drugs. If surgery is performed then the effect is the operation incision in your body, if by ESWL (Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy) we only just been ordered to sleep on his stomach stuck to the appliance for approximately 60 minutes, last and the when we use the drugs to recovery is long and during it we have to bear the pain. Finally the time I chose the option to do ESWL (Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy) because besides not having the effect of such a device also quickly destroy the stone. Because it was night time the examination the doctor said I would do ESWL in the morning.
The next day after I wake up around 09.00 am my nurse bathe while told me that I was going in to hospital dispatched Cikini ESWL to do, why to the hospital because the hospital Cikini Mitra Keluarga Kelapa Gading where my nurse had cared for according to his instrument no. When finished my shower and then using a wheelchair to the ambulance to the hospital dispatched Cikini. When I got there I immediately entered the room ESWL and my doctor was waiting there to prepare his instrument. Then at the bottom of the abdomen or around the rocks that I smeared lotion by doctors and paste it ESWL devices around which had been smeared lotion. I taped about 60 minutes before ESWL tool I feel about my bladder like ant bites, and after completion of the ESWL I was ordered by doctors to urinate. Why am I asked to urinate, because there I will see my urine pink and that is the result of ESWL of kidney stones which had been crushed until powdery, making our urine pink and then I do not feel pain.
After ESWL had my back to the original hospital to do the recovery. So my total care and healing for 4 days 3 nights with a total cost of around 13 million rupiah. Stepping on my fourth day at the hospital by a doctor allowed me to go home as he was given medication for a period of recovery.
Departing from my story earlier than I wanted to share my experience also want to invite people who read my blog to donate your kidney to organ in need. Even though my illness was not to cause damage to my kidneys, but out there are still many people are hurt more than me. Where many people are ill due to kidney damage and kidney needs help from people who want to donate it.
Through this blog I want to bridge the gap between those who need a kidney to someone who wants to donate his kidney. Many of the print media and internet people who need kidneys and also many people who sell kidneys just because of economic necessity.
